Say hello to the Republicrat !!

Well its been awhile since I posted anything that resembles a huge rant so I thought I would take this time to do so. My wife and I watched the Demo and Repub debates last week in between me crying over the Steelers demise and i was hit with a bolt of lightning that hasn't hit me like that in a long long time. Normally these two parties love to shove the word "change" down our throats a million times knowing perfectly well that they plan on doing nothing of the sort but something happened, I felt this sudden tingling in my chest, a clearing of my head, I knelt closer, almost in disbelief at what John Edwards said, "we have to get the lobbyist out of Washington they are in the way of democracy " " i cannot and will not, be bought " never in my adult life have I ever heard a politician say that on the air. Needless to say I was blown away. Ron Paul equally impressed in the way he expressed this country's waste of money on programs we don't need and actually concerned about the devalue of the American dollar !!. now Ive said this before in one of those silly blogs of mine about how this country needs revolution and I still believe it does but never have I heard something this close to resembling it out loud in a presidental debate. I believe in voting for who i think is the right man or woman for the job regardless of political affiliation and i am sick of the Two Party system we have in this country no matter who says otherwise, we all know this to be true but Ive never come as close to voting for both parties as i did that night. I would love to see a Edwards-Paul ticket or even a Obama-Edwards one, hell, even Huckabee peaks my interests even if he is a Zealot LOL but at least he sounds like a rational man with a conscience !! I hope one of those guys kicks Washington in the ass and bring our government back to the people......please!!!!
