It's Redstar's movie week and heeeeerreee's ..Redstar!

Hello there, I would like to take a break from all this heavy commentary and bring you another episode of Redstar's Movie Review. Today I'm going to show you all my Top 10 favorite films of all time and a short brief on why they are great.

10. To Live and Die in L.A.:This film changed the way I saw movies and the good guys for the rest of my life, and made me a movie fan until the end of time. If you haven't seen it you are truly missing out.

9. Network: A movie made in 1975 that still rings true today more than ever
8. Raiders of the lost Ark: The first movie I ever saw where everyone in the audience
clapped during and at the end of the movie. Damn!! what a great flick !!
7. Falling Down: It was the first time as an adult that I truly connected with a film character (scary).
6.Excalibur: I've been fascinated with arms and armor ever since and the first time I felt a shiver when I heard that awesome soundtrack.
5.300: I had the original books 10yrs before the movie came out, and when it did, !@#$$%* !! thats all I have to say!! Truly epic.
4. Pulp Fiction: Its been copied ever since and still haven't found one to match it. One of the last great original films of the last 30 years.
3. V for Vendetta: There is no better film about sticking it to the man than this one!
2. King Kong(2005): Never have I been so moved and cried...yes cried than seeing the greatest love story ever told, period.
1b. LOTR Return of the King: ok, so I cheated, this will make 11 films but so what its my list :)~ THE most complete movie ever crafted, if your not touched by this film in some manner your not human. ( I will never get tired of seeing king Theodin charging down the hill into the Orcs flank....never. )
1a. Highlander: The most orignal movie I ever saw and no matter how many other great films come my way this one holds special place in my heart ( "There can be only one!")

Honorable mentions: Million Dollar Baby, Unbreakable, Unforgiven, Seven, Gladiator.

Well, this is my list and I know there are many great movies on other peoples lists if you think there should be another one on this list give a shout. Murf, this does not mean you can put the Matchmaker on here LOL .
